Can be used as a warm, relaxing compress or cold for a cooling and refreshing compress. Place over the eye area securing with the adjustable headband.
Cold Compress: Place in the fridge or freezer until desired cold temperature achieved. Place over eyes securing with the strap at the back of the head. Lie back and relax as the eye pillow works its natural magic!
Hot Compress: Microwave heating instructions: Remove from outer pillowcase and heat inner bag on full power: Heat on full power: 650 Watt, Cat B- 50 secs. 850 Watt, Cat C – 40 secs.
